Introduction
    Welcome to XXX Corps, a Second World War (1939-45) Historical Reenactment Group, located in the United States.  
    XXX Corps is the chosen designation of several British WWII historical reenacting groups in the United States.  XXX Corps
    current members units include:

  • 30 Assault Unit (30AU), 1st Commando Bde [ website ].
  • 2nd Bn., Lincolnshires, 3rd (British) Inf. Div. [ website ].
  • 6th Bn., King's Own Scottish Borderers (KOSB), 15th Scottish Div [ website ].
  • XXX Corps, Corps of Military Police (CMP) Detachment.
  • XXX Corps, Royal Army Medical Corps (RAMC) Detachment.  
  • Personnel Sanitaire Feminin Francaise (French Army Nurses).


    Why XXX Corps?
    The XXX Corps designation was chosen since it is widely recognized within the British WWII historical reenactment
    community.  XXX Corps served in North Africa, Sicily, Italy and eventually was committed to battle in the Normandy
    bridgehead (6 June 44).  XXX Corps served as the primary assault corps throughout Northwest Europe until the surrender of
    Germany (7 May 45).  Learn more about XXX Corps history.


    Objectives
    The objectives of XXX Corps include, but are not limited to:

  • Primary:  To recruit new British WWII reenactors into British WWII reenacting;
  • Secondary:  Establish a central organizing presence on the web for member units in Arizona, New Mexico,
    Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri and to work together in the field during
    simulated, tactical "battle" reenactments;
  • Tertiary:  Maintain a database of WWII vendors, wartime manuals and information on reenacting, close order
    drill, tactics, uniformity, equipment and weapons of the WWII British soldier.

    Membership
    Membership in XXX Corps is open to any *individual* or *unit* of British WWII reenactors in Arizona, New Mexico,
    Oklahoma, Texas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kansas and Missouri.  We have but one requirement:  that your impression be
    authentically correct to honor the wartime British soldier.  There are no dues.
